It is a magical and fantastic place, although it has much more potential if the Wildlife Department properly lays paths. A RAMSAR Wetland park in Sri Lanka has great birdlife and natural scenery. There is also a beautiful lagoon as part of the wetland. No tickets are required currently. Just walk through the paths to witness an impressive and diverse array of birds.
