The All Blacks Experience in Auckland is a must-visit for any rugby fan, or anyone looking to immerse themselves in New Zealand's rich sporting culture! From the moment you step inside, you're transported into the heart of one of the most successful teams in sports history. The interactive exhibits are engaging, with plenty of opportunities to test your skills, learn about the team’s history, and experience what it’s like to be an All Black. The attention to detail is incredible, from the powerful haka performance to the state-of-the-art displays showcasing the team's iconic moments. It’s not just about the game itself, but also the values that define the All Blacks—teamwork, respect, and excellence—which come across in every part of the experience. The staff were friendly, passionate, and knowledgeable, adding a personal touch to the experience. It’s a perfect combination of education, inspiration, and entertainment, whether you’re a lifelong fan or new to the sport. Overall, the All Blacks Experience is a world-class attraction and a true tribute to one of the greatest rugby teams ever. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Auckland!

This was a very fun and informative experience. Rugby is deeply connected to New Zealand culture, and so it was nice to have an expert explain the significance the game has played for the country. A highlight was running into the new GM and All Blacks Alum, Ian Jones. He spent 20 minutes with us making sure the tour landed, and elaborating on som of the key message. Thank-you Ian and team for a memorable experience! (BTW - we learned later that Ian was one of New Zealand’s most capped locks, playing 79 games for the All Blacks. Super humble and approachable guy - legend!)

I’ve become. Rugby fan since recently and if I follow a team is either England or France but being here was really cool. The All Blacks have transcend sports and become and example of excellence worldwide. The experience included games, the famous haka (the best part of the experience), and even games at the end which was also super fun. The lady guiding the tour was so fun and engaging.

As someone who isn’t a die-hard rugby fan, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from the All Blacks Experience in Auckland—but I’m so glad I went. It turned out to be an unexpectedly enriching cultural journey that went far beyond the game itself. What truly elevated the experience was our incredible tour guide, Linda. From the moment the tour began, she brought warmth, humour, and deep knowledge to every part of the visit. Her passion for both rugby and New Zealand culture shone through in every word, and she created an engaging, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. She was especially wonderful with children—patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely kind. If I could give Linda five stars on her own, I absolutely would! The venue itself is sleek, modern, and impressively interactive. Cutting-edge technology is used throughout the tour to draw visitors into the heart of New Zealand’s rugby legacy—allowing you to feel what it’s like to stand alongside the All Blacks as they perform the haka, among many other powerful moments. Even as someone not immersed in the sport, I found myself fully engaged, and I walked away with a newfound appreciation for the game and its deep cultural significance to Aotearoa. That said, there are a couple of areas where I feel the experience could be enhanced. As someone who enjoys history, I would have loved to see more historic memorabilia—like original jerseys from iconic players through the decades, old boots, trophies, and other artifacts. These would have added a tangible link to the legacy being celebrated. Additionally, my partner was keen to purchase a Black Ferns t-shirt, but unfortunately, only larger women's sizes were available. A broader range of sizes would have been appreciated. Overall, the All Blacks Experience offers an unforgettable dive into one of New Zealand’s most treasured institutions—delivered with high-tech flair and heart. While there’s room for a richer historical showcase, it remains a compelling and uniquely Kiwi adventure. Five stars for Linda Four stars for the experience Would definitely recommend—even if you're not a rugby fan!
