What I liked about it : Price is okay (booked online).
: Tv, aircon and lift are all working.
: There is a mart attached to it. It is open 24/7 and you can get basic needs in it.

What can be improved : The toilet can be cleaner. I am not if that was paint or what but is stained the floor.
: I booked a room with breakfast only to find out that they offer food all with pork.

We arrived here at 11pm. After getting to our room (403) i noticed that the air conditioning was not cold enough. I stayed for 2 more hours just to check if it will cool down the room but with no luck. I then went to inform the staff at the front desk. The guy on duty that night went to our room and said it was just fine and it will get colder after a couple of minutes. So i said to him its been 2 hours already and we are still sweating inside the room. I requested for a room change but he says there are none available. I went to check with agoda and there were plenty of rooms available. We tried to sleep with no clothes and not using blankets because it was really hot. The next day i went to check out and moved to a different hotel when we are supposed to stay at this hotel for 2 more nights

Terrible service. They took 20 mins to check me in despite knowing I was already late for an appointment. Cambodian people tend not to give any consideration to the time of others. They put me inbox room against wall with no light. There are 7 standard rooms on each floor and only 1 is like a prison cell. When I asked to be moved to a different standard room, she barely looked up from her phone and said I needed to upgrade. It seemed personal. TV didn't work and nothing done about it. Breakfast is pretty bland. The manageress is unaware of the idea of hospitality.

The bed was comfy though and the security very kind and helpful in comparison to reception. I booked through their website which they couldn't work and they tried to charge me the walk in rate. I was meant to stay for a week. I lasted 36 hours.

Very dirty bathroom, lots of mould in the shower and on the showerhead. The bidet was constantly dripping making quite a lot of sound. And to top it off we heard rats running in the ceiling when we tried to go to sleep.

After this we went down and complained to the staff. There was a bit of difficulty because of the language barrier in explaining the issues we had, but after that they were quick to help us and offered us another room that was a lot nicer.

So overall the staff and location were quite alright but the room we got was so bad it should not have been rented out at all. I was not expecting that much since it was not that expensive but this was really the worst hotel. We stayed at much nicer places in the city for around the same price.
