Fantastic decor & beautiful bed linen & towels. Deluxe family room on the 12th floor is a must with a great shower & floor to ceiling windows that added to the feeling of being more spacious. The management & staff are beyond incredible. Helpful, kind & so compassionate when I fell sick. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you guys for looking after us. We will be back ;) Jayne & Heath x

We have thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night 4 day stay in this hotel! The young people of Wink Team played a very important role in making us feel at home...they are friendly, helpful, courteous & are able to converse in English! Our heartfelt thanks to Latty who helped us with a dinner reservation & who stopped to chat with us even though she was off duty & must be tired from work... Room was small but clean with a very comfy bed & pillows. Breakfast was good & my husband was very happy with the daily 1 for 1 Happy Hour beer promo! We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we go to HCM again! Thank you all!

Wink Hotels stands out with its rare 24-hour stay policy — something you don’t often see. It’s especially convenient if you arrive late at night; for example, check in at 10PM and you’ll have the room until 10PM the next day. The hotel itself is modern, thoughtfully designed, and definitely feels a notch above the typical local hotel experience. A great bonus is the self-service laundry room (for a small fee), along with ironing boards available for guests. Perfect for travelers who value flexibility, style, and a bit of independence.

For the price, this is by far the best value i have ever got in a hotel. On top of that, there is even included breakfast. The staff are very, very nice and helpful, and speak very good English, the hotel is very clean. If i ever need a hotel again in Saigon or Da Nang, I will definitely choose this Wink brand. The only thing is that the soundproofing is not perfect, and you do hear the noise from the street, but i heard this was fixed in the newer Wink hotels. It didn't bother me at all, but just something to know and expect. They even provide ear plugs if you need them, but i really didn't need it, so i didn't ask for it.
