I stayed at this hotel for a week, the staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and so helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The drinks in the mini bar were free and were replenished daily. They have a seperate shared kitchen area if you need to cook anything or warm up food or drinks. The location is good, they have a few shops and restaurants within walking distance and the train station is a 5 min walk from the hotel. They also have 24 hour convenient stores close by.

June soo was specific helpful. He was such a great Front Desk help me with all my knees and was extremely friendly. I have such a good impression of this. Hotel and I will definitely be coming back again. I recommend staying at this hotel. Everyone the location is very convenient and the customer service is fantastic

Absolutely fantastic experience. Stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. From check in to check out, everything was great. Complimentary mini bar is and shared kitchen area are a big plus. Room is clean and staffs are very friendly and courteous. We will stay at Voco Seoul in the future again.

Voco has a gluten free croissant that I couldn't believe was actually gluten free -- it was that good! I'm a celiac so this was a very happy experience. Overall the hotel is excellent, with good service, amenities, and location. However, the location meant the sounds of traffic filter into the rooms. I would also suggest more variety in breakfast options, but otherwise the food is very good. The gym was rather basic, with free weights only up to 20kg, and a broken machine meant limited options. The rooms are modern, and the service is excellent -- friendly and helpful staff.
