We had 2 nights at the Voco. It is an amazing Hotel with amazing staff. We had an issue as soon as we got out of our cab. The Voco staff we onto it straight away. They called and checkied in on us to see everything was happy. The room was amazing with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was beautiful, with 1st class service. I strongly reccomend anyone to stay here. You won't be dissappointed. The concierge sevice was A1+. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We spent two nights at the hotel and our room, the service, and the location were all absolutely fantastic. I would like to specifically mention our housekeeper, Vanu who has done an excellent job regarding our room. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, we received surprises and the issue with our toilet’s water tank was sorted out as soon as we left the room. This is all thanks to her. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who is thinking about visiting Singapore without hesitation.

We had a two night stay here, staffs were so nice. Location is superb for us, easy to go to everywhere where we want. Room is specious, comfortable and has nice city view. Hotel has some age, we can feel there are some smells in the corridor and shower can’t work perfectly, also water pressure isn’t enough for us.

Warm welcome from the voco staff made for a stress‑free check‑in/check‑out experience. This is our second stay and we stayed for 3 nights this time, the room is spacious and well‑furnished, with plush bedding and it’s comfortable for good sleep quality. Bathroom amenities from Apotheke and thoughtful room details were appreciated. In summary- voco Orchard is a stylish, comfortable stay in a prime location- with good service, solid food option,and a cozy ambience. I will be happy to return for another stay.

We had Father’s Day celebration lunch at Opus Bar & Grill. We were especially impressed by one of the service crew named Veejay, who was attentive and accommodating. We (family of 4) were initially given a small table, which was meant for 2. When asked if we could move to a bigger table, Veejay was quick to check around and manage to find a bigger table (which is actually 2 small tables put together). He also checked in from time to time to see how we were doing. Thank you for your great service!
