Stayed here for 4 nights, still have 4 more to go. Located in the alleyways, which is quite quiet, away from the noise of vehicles. It is near food vendors and cafes, you won't have a hard time looking for food. Only one staff that speaks good english, but the others can understand it well. The room is clean and well equipped (ac, refrigerator, work desk, tv, fast internet, stove, and other kitchen utensils). You can also rent a motorbike for only 100K VND/day. It is a serviced apartment, so you can ask them to clean your room everyday. A little bit far from tourist attractions, but very recommended for those who came to hanoi for business.

If ur flight by night or late much better contact them before u coming to avoid waiting outside. Good ppl
