The rooms are quite good size. We only had a small backpack with us, but when you have a large suitcase, you would need to see how to accommodate it. The bed is comfortable and their shower is very nice. Breakfast is delicious. Will definitely come back to this hotel

Great Reception, great service, understood English well. (I wish I could speak more Japanese out of appreciation) Bag sending service available. Room was spacious and with two different shower heads, WiFi was fast. And location very central to a bus stops. Amenities nice, laundry, gym and spa available. Vending did in fact have alcohol. Nice. Room service only changed towels, and did not change clothes or make bed, which is unusual, but understandable considering it was a duvet. Lovely.

All good. The rooms could have been more clean since there is a bit of dust everywhere. Onsen experience excellent and very clean (free od charge for the guests). It is not too loud considering it is located on busy street.

Nice staff, rooms of decent size and free spa for the guests. However, there is no daily cleaning, Rooms are facing busy street, and it can get noisy at night, as windows have only one glass
