Stayed here for our last night in Seoul. It was one of the few places where I was able to get a single room for our family instead of multiple rooms. The location is very convenient and the skybridge for walking is key for making it easy to get to and from Seoul station. The family suite was great and had a washer and 3 bedrooms with a double bed in each room. Very spacious. Like other reviews mentioned there are signs of wear and tear on the edges and carpet. The dryer is on the third floor. The staff was very nice and helpful, answering all questions at all times. The hotel is definitely worth a look.

Exceptional Stay at UH Suite – Private City Suite. We stayed at the Private City Suite at UH Suite as a family of four, and it was a 5-star experience for us in Seoul. Here's why: Location: The location is unbeatable, just a 7-minute walk from Seoul Station. It's surrounded by plenty of restaurants, and the suite is conveniently situated right in front of Seoullo 7017 walkway – perfect for a relaxing evening stroll after dinner. Room: The suite is beautifully designed, offering a stunning view of the city. While the space is a bit compact, we managed to comfortably open our luggage in the living room. The room was clean. Though the room was very warm when checked in and figuring out the remote controls was a bit tricky, but the staff quickly stepped in to assist us, which we truly appreciated. Service: The service was exceptional. The staff was courteous, prompt, and always willing to help, even late at night. One standout feature was the complimentary laundry service, which was a huge bonus for us during our stay. Overall, we are happy with the accommodation and recommend UH Suite, The Seoul to anyone visiting Seoul. If it’s available, we’d absolutely stay here again.

UH Suites The Seoul is conveniently located in the center of the town with a 3min walk for the Seoul Train station. The Suites was extremely comfortable and have a bunch of amenities like microwave, plates, cups and a refrigerator/freezer. You are also a 3 to 15min walk from all the shopping you could ever want to do and a fantastic view.

TLDR; The location, spacious and well-equipped rooms, and the truly outstanding staff made our family trip to Seoul a memorable one. We would wholeheartedly recommend UH Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and service-oriented stay in Seoul, especially for families or larger groups. We will definitely be considering UH Suites for any future trips to Seoul! Our recent family trip to Seoul was made incredibly comfortable and convenient thanks to our stay at UH Suites near Seoul Station. The location truly cannot be beat – being mere steps from Seoul Station made navigating the city a breeze. The added bonus of having a Lotte Mart attached was a lifesaver, allowing us to easily stock up on breakfast items and snacks for the next day. This convenience alone significantly reduced the stress of traveling with a larger group. Speaking of our group, the multi-room layout of our suite was absolutely perfect for our family, which included in-laws and an aunt. It provided everyone with their own space and a sense of privacy, which is invaluable on a longer trip. The inclusion of a decent-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, and a thoughtful supply of dishes and cutlery allowed us to feel more at home and enjoy simple meals in our suite. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the exceptional staff. From check-in to check-out, their warmth and helpfulness were outstanding. The unexpected perk of free laundry service was a game-changer, especially when traveling with a family. I was initially hesitant about using the provided messaging app contact, but it turned out to be incredibly efficient and useful. Being able to make requests and receive immediate updates was surprisingly convenient. Their willingness to even place/translate our food delivery orders from restaurants to deliver directly to our room was a level of service we truly appreciated. Our only minor inconvenience during our stay was the inconsistent hot water in the showers at night. We found that the water temperature often leaned more towards cold than warm during the evening hours. However, this small issue was overshadowed by the many positives of our stay.

The rooms are lovely. Friendly staff. Top notch service. Immaculate. A comfortable escape from the hustling and bustling of Seoul for a night of good sleep. Zen room design, insta-worthy. Good view of the Seoul station. Can’t find fault with this place. My kids love it. Very good service. From booking to check in until check out, everything was smooth and nostalgic importantly comfortable, unlike most places with tedious and unfriendly towards foreigners. Number pick to stay near Seoul station. And did I say it enough - very good service. Friendly, not rude to non-Korean speaker.
