This place was a pleasant surprise. The service was beyond excellent. The room was in perfect condition. And talk about attention to detail. The bathroom came fully equipped with all the essentials, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, shaving kit, comb, and other things I can't remember right now. If you are ever in Mumbai this is the place to stay.

My experience at Trident was very luxury, soothing and pleasant. Its a great place for business meets, casual friendly catchups and for a good stay. View from the window is so pretty and pleasant as you can see a clear view of sunset of marine drive and sit for hours sipping tea enjoying the tea. Overall the service and staff was good and my experience was worth the visit.

Dear Team Trident, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful hospitality extended to us during our recent stay at your Nariman Point property to celebrate my wife’s birthday. From the thoughtful gesture of upgrading our room to surprising us with a beautiful red velvet cake — my personal favorite — every detail added a special touch to our celebration. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, especially the kind assistance of your staff who helped capture those cherished sunset moments by the water. Our dining experience at Frangipani was delightful. The buffet menu offered a great variety, and the service throughout was exceptional. A special thanks to Mr. Tarun for his recommendations and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my wife experienced a minor dental issue due to a bone in the keema dish — she is currently undergoing treatment — but the overall dining and hospitality experience remained impressive and professional. The ocean and city view from our room made our evening truly magical, and the morning breakfast at the same restaurant rounded off our stay perfectly. We truly appreciate the warmth and service provided by your entire team. It was a memorable stay, and we look forward to visiting again soon. Only visited the hotel for dining at Frangipani, a restaurant. Loved the elaborate dinner buffet . The conference room at the top floor has great views of the sea. Pretty sure the sea facing rooms have lovely views too.

Attended an alumni dinner at the Trident and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel exudes luxury! Service was exceptional, with attentive staff ensuring a smooth and enjoyable evening. The food was delightful too.
