We really enjoyed our stay here! First off, the hotel itself is beautiful and our view... wow, our view was gorgeous especially after arriving at night after a long long overseas flight. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close to the train station and 7-11 (love!!!) yet quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. If we wanted to get anywhere, it was a short walk to the major train station. We would definitely go back if we have the chance to visit Japan again.

Our first hotel stay in our Japan tour and it was great! 20th floor with a view of the Tokyo Skytower. Nice sized room, typical amenities. The breakfast buffet was top notch... Western offerings, eggs, potatoes, bacon, ham, sausage and then awesome Japanese breakfast food. I'm a foodie so it hit my tummy perfectly. They even had softee ice cream as well as ice cream and Gelato. The staff always greeted you warmly, and deferred to you as a guest. I want to stay here again. Highly recommended in the Kinshocho area. 3 blocks from JR rail, Metro and subways. Large Acrakit Kinshicho multi-store 2 blocks away at the train station. 7-11 across the street.

We had very good experience here. Room was big enough for a couple with luggage. Very clean, friendly helpful staff. We tried out the afternoon tea here, was really delicious. At the end of the day I relaxed in the bathtub. The view on the Skytree is amazing. The airport bus limousine shuttle stops direct at Hotel. JR and Metro stations close by. The breakfast buffet is good. We would stay here again.

I stay for 2 weeks in this hotel which was my best choice, all the staff were very nice and ready to help, they all spoke very good and clear English (if it is something you may be worried), I had Amazon packages delivered to the hotel and it wasn't a problem. Every day the cleaning staff would clean the room and we would get 2 complimentary bottles of water (which was very nice). The breakfast is great, there were lots of options to choose from and the staff serving was great. The Hotel has 2 different convenience stores  right across the street, if you leave the hotel on the 2nd floor there's another, also you can access the mall from there and then access the train station, was a good route to avoid rain and snow during my stay. The station is a 5 min walk from the first floor. There are 2 other malls near the hotel. They also have a free bus to Disney. There is a dry cleaning around the corner with cheap options and was always empty. I certainly recommend this hotel. The room size was good it wasn't a problem, My room was facing the train tracks but I never heard the train. I'll certainly stay there again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Our room had a great view of the Tokyo Skytree, and at night the view was very beautiful, the tower being lit up with coloured lights. The beds were comfy, and in the morning there was a massive variety of breakfast options, so you can eat whatever you want. The service was good and the location had many fun things nearby.
