Back alleys in Kinshicho district are generally filled with bars, massage parlours, dance pubs and izakayas. Amongst these "busy" scene, there is a row of small cafes and restaurants right behind the OIOI supermarket. This is where ASIA Curry Cafe is located, in between a kebab shop and an izakaya. The seating area is narrow, but can fit up to 6 pax at one time. Customers eat at bar table and served by its chef / owner. A nice and super friendly guy who speaks fluent Japanese. ASIA Curry Cafe serves Bangladeshi's cuisines; that varies according to days of the week. For example, we had Mutton Biryani on Friday night. The rice comes with boiled egg curry and slad. On the side, we ordered it's Chicken Curry - chicken thighs with thick gravy. The meal was awesome! The store also sells spices & ingredients for Bangladeshi cookings - you can see rack full of these inventories at the restaurant. Right after we left, there was a queue (full of Japanese) waiting to be seated. It got me thinking that Japanese really love ASIA Curry House's Biryani - probably due to it being not so spicy but full of spices flavor. I can say that the price is reasonable. You would go home a happy man after having its Mutton Biryani & a glass of lassi. ASIA Curry House serves Halal dishes and does not sell alcohol.

Authentic Bangladeshi food with great taste. The mutton biryani with chicken curry and egg is really mouth-watering. The place is small. 10 people can be seated. Lunch is only Saturday and Sunday. But dinner is everyday.

The food here is authentic Bengali/Bangladeshi food, that not only tastes great, but is great value for money! It is no wonder that this place is popular and gets crowded for lunch. For lunch they serve only one set meal, which changes each day, you get to choose you're drink (I recommend the lassi) , and you get 1 free rice refill! I got the Lamb Biryani, which is full of flavour, so is the side chicken curry. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Best Halal Food in Kinsicho area.! Very welcome owner. Price is affordable.
