Described as a boutique hotel and the limited choice of rooms we resulted in us having a room best described as compact but clean and tidy. I am sure there are larger rooms but situated near to the airport is an advantage which makes it very popular, as does the outstanding restaurant. Dinner was a rather quiet affair but the food was delicious. I had fish and chips where the fish used was Sea Bass, definitely recommend trying. The morning buffet was busy and bustling. The buffet had a wide range of choices that should suit everyone's taste. Staff were friendly and helpful. Be warned though that the corridors are like a rabbit warren and there is only one lift we could find, so make sure you get your bearings. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I love the Smith House because I like small, compact, clean & efficiently run accommodation. Despite being already 8 years old, the establishment is very well maintained & looks as good as new. Even though the air conditioning system broke down in the lobby & dining area, the staff made every effort to cool down the spaces. I also enjoyed dining in-house & find the meals affordable, delicious & creatively put together. The buffet breakfast spread is just right, which is good because it helps minimise food waste & reduces environmental impact. In fact, I think the restaurant is under-rated because it is a little gem of an eatery. The staff are always friendly & ready to help. Smith house is also within walking distance to other food options & the airport, plus it is easy to Grab to anywhere / everywhere. I had a fantastic stay here & hope to return again!

Location wise, less than 10 minutes from the airport and generally a good location on the island. They had a grocery store, pharmacy and launderette just outside. The rooms were clean, staff were top class and breakfast was far better than I was expecting. Wouldn't certainly stay again.

A 4 Star Hotel that deserves a 5 Star ratings!!! As soon as you enter the hotel you are greeted with a smile and pleasant front office staff Then from that onwards all was great and comfortable Room size yes its consider small but when you enter its super clean and lots of amenities and you forget everything else. Water pressure good. And toilet is also equipped with necessities. Buffet breakfast was good and also with basics need. Overall the experience was very good and surely return again. Thank you everyone that makes my stay comfortable and memorable

Service is great. Staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast provided was BOMBB!! It was the highlight of our stay. Room was ok. The size of the room was great, furniture provided was great too, everything was clean and neat, water pressure and toiletries provided were nice. But the drawback was the lack of AC. I was in the Junior Smith Suite in the first week of June and no matter how long the AC is turned on, it did not get cool. This was a major damper. I would give 3 stars because of this. But every other aspect of my stay was amazing..
