Everything about this hotel was great! Definitely worth the money! The location is very convenient for public transport use and the staff is very nice and helpful! The rooms are nice and clean!! They have free flow of coffee and hot chocolate as well in the lounge area!

Rooms are small but functional. The hotel is clean and modern, and the location is great — close to train, metro, and bus stops. However, the breakfast was very poor and definitely not worth the money. Service was average, and attention to detail was lacking (e.g. mugs and a kettle in the room, but no teabags). My second-floor room had opaque windows, and when it rained, the tin roof made it very noisy. Given the reasonable price and convenient location, I would still recommend staying here — just skip the breakfast.

Really nice hotel to stay in Kyoto. No complaints, seemed very new, comfortable beds, perfectly clean bathroom, great view, friendly staff. Location is perfect, right outside the train station with plenty of restaurants near by. Main areas are a short cheap trip by bus.
