Staff was friendly and so helpful. Rooms were immaculate, we stayed in a suite and the concierge was kind enough to upgrade us to a balcony suite. The balcony was huge and had seating and tables. Amazing views!! It was not directly on Times Square but a little tucked away which was nice. Everything was completely walkable from this hotel. They had filtered water and ice stations. Lobby staff was helpful with securing a ride to the airport they have a dedicated driver which is cheaper than Ubers. We would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at The Muse NY and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is well-maintained that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. I would like to thank Carlos Ventura for all his valuable support. The location is also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Overall, I highly recommend The Muse New York for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

This hotel is so lovely and the staff very kind. Shout out to Daniel who works the evening shift! The rooms are gorgeous as are the bathrooms. The hallways and the lobby are just very clean and modern. It does not feel like an extremely old building (which you know it is.) Will definitely be staying here the next time I come to New York. Conveniently located to all of the Broadway shows.
