It was a great start to my first visit to Japan. The room was just large enough for one person, everything was clean, and the laundry was super convenient. The wifi was spotty and there was no desk in the room so I wouldn’t recommend this as a place to get work done. There was a surprisingly good view from the window, and a small balcony. I don’t speak much Japanese but the staff were gracious enough to assist in English. I also appreciated the focus on being environmentally friendly. I would stay again ?

The room is small and indeed measures 11 square meters. The bed is 120 cm wide and 180 cm long, and the mattress is very comfortable. The toilet is separate from the shower. The room is very well equipped with a hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator, toothbrush, soap, etc.? Bringing very large suitcases here can be a challenge; 11 m² for two people is tight. ? A small kitchen is set up on the ground floor where you can find umbrellas and washing machines. ? The staff are polite and speak perfect English.?

Friendly staff, location was near the local tram liner alternatively walkable from nishi-nippori station (15m). Room was sufficient for two and fantastic for the price (recommend reaching out directly thru line/email for a better price than whats shown on booking websites)

Great hotel, close to bus and train stations which have direct transport to main sightseeing destinations in Tokyo. Perfect and always helpful staff. All recommendations.
