We recently had our wedding at Victorian Ballroom, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The venue was immaculate—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully set up for our special day. Every detail was taken care of, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere for us and our guests. The food was absolutely amazing! Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was, from the appetizers to the main course. The quality and presentation exceeded our expectations, making our reception even more memorable. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always ensuring that everything ran smoothly. A special thanks to Mrs. Charimaine Rabot for her outstanding service—she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Her attentiveness and dedication truly made a difference. If you're looking for a top-notch venue for your special event, we highly recommend Victorian Ballroom. Thank you to the entire team for making our wedding day unforgettable!

Great place to stay. Clean rooms but a bit too clinical. The ' day shift' is very good and alert. The night shift reception and front office.. sluggish response. It took nearly 25 mins to get our bags from reception to our rooms . Having arrived in the early morning, tired after a long journey, a little bit of empathy for tired guests would have made a difference. We would have appreciated a speedy response. The breakfast buffet was truly outstanding with first-class food, great service staff, and great value for money. The Catering and Restaurant Managers are to be congratulated. Overall....that was the best part of our 2 night stay. We will visit this hotel again......probably in the daytime. Pics: View from our 5th floor room.

I recently stayed at The Kingsbury Colombo from April 2 to April 8, 2025, and I must say — every moment of my 7-day, 6-night stay was nothing short of exceptional. As a local living overseas, I was truly impressed by the world-class hospitality I experienced here. From the very beginning, the concierge team stood out — they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Their warm attitude and impeccable service went far beyond my expectations, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Special thanks also to the housekeeping staff, who maintained my room perfectly. They were polite, efficient, and ensured that everything was clean and comfortable every day. One unforgettable highlight was the in-room dining experience. I ordered the black pork curry with pol roti — and it was simply divine! Without exaggeration, it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had, full of authentic Sri Lankan flavor and prepared to perfection. Overall, The Kingsbury Colombo exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is super clean, secure, and the staff make a genuine effort to create an exceptional experience for every guest. Whether you’re a local or a foreign traveler, I highly recommend staying here at least once — you’ll truly understand the meaning of top-tier hospitality.
