We had a fantastic stay here. Great Location. Walking distance to almost everything. Trams right outside the door. Wonderful attentive staff and good sized rooms. We were on the top floor so not noisy at all. The street itself has some construction work going on so if noise bothers you maybe request a higher floor. Everything in the room was clean and well maintained. The bed is super comfy. We will definitely be back! Thanks for having us! Pros : location , lovely staff, new hotel Cons: very small mini fridge, not much on offer for snacks, one small complaint would be the design of the bathroom tap and sink. The water flys everywhere when in use.

My daughter and I had a lovely time. The beds and commodities were amazing, and the location and price of our stay were perfect. Our time was pleasant, and the rooms around us were quiet, and we loved how we could watch a movie without paying extra. Sadly, there was no parking, cafe, room service or restaurant, but I know there was mention of a restaurant/cafe coming soon.

We visit Melbourne every so often and stay at a different location each time but I think I’ll be returning to The Howey from now on. The rooms are very nice, well appointed and a lot of natural light. The bed is comfy, soft but not overly so and soft and firm pills are provided as standard. I’m not sure I’ve slept better anywhere else. The bathroom is the only letdown with the lighting being so bad.. I’m not sure how anyone would do their makeup here let alone do my hair. Disappointing that hotels overlook something so important as specific bathroom lighting. The location is prime! You’re in the middle of the city quite literally in walking distance to everything and anything. Staff were kind and attentive and requiring ice a couple of times, when requesting things from reception they were at my room in no time. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Howey was amazing! The rooms looked exactly like the photos on the website, no surprises there. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location was also convenient, with several halal eateries within walking distance. Highly recommended!
