Great experience staying at The Clan Hotel. A very lovely hotel with friendly staff. They take guest feedback really seriously if you run into any issues and go above and beyond to rectify - thank you so much. Rooms are really great with a bit of space for business travel. I initially thought the desk was small for working, but the size was just right. You can also request for additional working desk and chair. Internet is quite fast for general work, including file uploads, zoom calls, or shared work documents. The bathroom is clean and well sized with a heated seat bidet. Shower is large and clean There is also a tea ceremony, which Mr Ronald takes you through for a taste of their oolong tea - such a great touch. There is a gym available, but with limited equipment if you train often. They need more free weights - the highest they went were 10/12kgs. Need more machines in the gym. The only one is the smith machine

This is honestly the best hotel we have stayed so far. We are so grateful for the quality of service, and wanted to especially thank Aaron and Mike for their kindness during the whole stay. They have been incredibly helpful with great recommendations, being so welcoming and making us feel at home. Special mention to the complimentary guided tour and the tea ceremony. Those experiences make the stay even more special! The hotel is beautifully designed, and our room was such a relaxing place with lovely details such as the tea set. We won’t go into details to not spoil the experience, but we just wanted to share our gratitude to the team for our stay. See you soon! This hotel will be our go to whenever we are back to Singapore.

The Clan is an amazing place to stay. The staff are warm and welcoming, the amenities are first class, the rooms are immaculate, the location can’t be beat … it felt like a home away from home for us. Brilliant central location, handy to walk to so many places. Perhaps best of all is the great vibe and the care they give each guest. Thank you to everyone at The Clan for a most wonderful 3 nights. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The rooms were spacious and modern, with a luxurious Japanese-style toilet. The pool staying open until midnight was perfect after a long day. Breakfast was delicious and fairly priced, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. Fantastic location—right in Chinatown, near attractions and just across from the MRT. The hotel is beautifully designed. My only small suggestion would be to improve the gym—it could use more equipment. Still, this will absolutely be my first choice when I return to Singapore!
