This was my first visit, and I thoroughly enjoyed the food and desserts. A few of the seminars were particularly impressive. The staff were all very welcoming and always smiling. This hotel is beautifully designed with a touch of luxury. While I haven't had the chance to stay here yet, I find it to be a lovely and wonderful hotel conveniently located in downtown Bangkok. At restrooms, small hand towels are used instead of paper tissues. It’s a thoughtful and eco-friendly choice often seen in upscale settings or places with a focus on sustainability. It adds a touch of sophistication and reduces waste compared to disposable options.

A truly perfect experience! I really appreciate every staff member here for their warm greetings and willingness to help with any issue. A special thanks to Mangopor at the front desk for upgrading my room and all the assistance, making my time in Bangkok unforgettable! The breakfast selection was fantastic, and I also loved the executive lounge on the 26th floor, which offered a great dinner spread and a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this hotel has excellent service, a great location, and great facilities. The only downside is that the room lighting is quite dim, and the pool area has no shade, making it very sunny during the day

Absolutely amazing! Wonderful service, top location, friendly helpful staff, great food and overall excellent experience! We had access to the lounge on 26th floor where every day they offered additional food and drinks. Nice pool, breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen with Thai, Indian, Japanese food, all the fruits you can imagine and freshly made smoothies by your choice. Room was always super clean and they even came by 2-3 times a day just to make sure we have all the comfort we need. Absolutely recommend!

This was the perfect stay for my first time in Bangkok! The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious, and the staff is all extremely friendly, helpful, and sweet. The staff deserves a huge shout-out as they provided me with some of the best service I've ever experienced at a hotel. From check-in to daily needs and recommendations to checkout, this was truly a luxurious experience. The buffet at Raintree was delicious, and I looked forward to a wonderful and fresh breakfast every morning. They even have a fresh juice bar where you can choose the fruits and veggies to create a custom juice. We also dined at Hashiri for lunch and the set lunches were fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and so relaxing. Thank you to the amazing staff!

Words can’t express how much we loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived to the very last day, we felt as if we were the only guests on property. Every single associate from doorman, concierge staff, room attendants, restaurant hosts and waiter/waitress, all exemplified what customer service is all about. The nightly turn down service with a little animal made out of the towels and a care note really made us feel appreciated. We loved it here so much that we shortened our trip in another country to stay a few extra days longer at this hotel. Do yourselves a favor and book your accommodations here at The Athenee Hotel. You will not be disappointed nor want for anything. They have it all! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will be back again!
