The delux room we got was very small. Not comfortable for 2 members. It felt like a small condo. The bathroom is like a small cube placed inside the room. The service and the breakfast was good.

I had a wonderful experience at Sunrise Aventus Hotel Nusa Dua. I was unable to make it on my original booking date, but the reservations team especially Martha was incredibly helpful. She assisted me in rescheduling to my preferred date with no additional charges, which I truly appreciated. A special thank you to Yudi from Hiromi Restaurant, who provided excellent service and made my dining experience even more enjoyable. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-located. breakfast had a great variety. Every staff member I encountered was kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a relaxing stay in Bali. I’ll definitely be back!

I haven’t stayed at the hotel yet, but they’ve already made me feel like I’m staying at a 5-star property. I had to reschedule my stay twice due to personal reasons, and Shinta from the reservation team has been amazing since the very beginning. She helped me with every detail of the arrangements and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I’m really looking forward to my stay in June!
