What can I say... luxurious to a tee. Sri Lankan Villa absolutely kicked it out of the park, the staff were so attentive and wonderful and the grounds and location was stunning. It was private enough that you felt you were on a retreat away from the world. Highly recommend!!☺️

We - a family of four with two kids - had the pleasure to be one of the first guests to have a wonderful stay at the brand new Sri Lankan Villa, which is probably one of the best and cleanest places to stay in the area. The hosting family is extremely nice and kidsfriendly and all special requests were taken care of immediately. The location is perfectly situated in walking distance to Kogalla beaches and restaurants (or by tuk tuk). We particularly enjoyed to be a away from the costal road and its traffic by a couple of hundred meters and the highlight is a walk through the quite village to spend the evening at the ancient temple of Giniwella!

Nice well located place a short walk to the beach but still in a quiet area surrounded by palm trees. We stayed in the brick villa part of the property. Rooms are a bit small and cluttered. The hallway between rooms is out in the open without privacy. The property manager on site is nice and helpful. The owner does what he can remotely from a faraway location.
