I stayed in this hotel for four days, everything was perfect. The water pressure is excellent, the room and bed are very comfortable and clean.The hotel was very close to the mall without needing to use transportation. Dining halls available. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Manager with character and full of help. Siamak Nayeri

Great location. Was easy to go where needed. There was a Starbucks close by. The shower was central heater, really fantastic. Got properly clean. Hard mattress but was OK. A/C got the room cold enough to be slightly uncomfortable. Room was small. No frills but was up to modern standards. Traveling with purpose and not leisure holiday this met my needs. All linen was commercial clean! Internationally I'd say a solid 3.

Great Stay with Excellent Service! I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Souvereign Bangkok. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What stood out the most was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, but I want to give a special mention to the security team—they were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure guests felt safe and well taken care of. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely return. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, good hotel, very quiet, peaceful. Neat and clean. Will visit again. Only washroom should have some privacy as they have glass door without lock.
