I recently stayed at Southwark Apartments and was thoroughly impressed. The property boasts a modern design, and my room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The highlight for me was the communal kitchen and lounge area, which provided a homely touch and allowed me to cook a big meal. Its central location made it convenient to explore Christchurch's attractions, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city.

Great value apartments! Staff were super friendly, we stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was super modern, had everything I needed and was super spacious, and a superb location being right across from little high eatery and beside a great cafe. Absolute steal for the price, definitely know where I'm staying when I come down to Christchurch again

We stayed here during for 2 night - inbound and outbound journeys. Both rooms were very spacious (family of 4), modern and comfortable. The heating was adequate for space and the kitchen facilities were good. There is a combination of second floor and ground floor rooms/apartments. We walked to the CBD and it’s about a 10-15min walk. Hidden features - one of the best cafes in the city is next to the hotel + across the road is an awesome food hall with a great selection of food and drinks.

Stayed in the business double room with family for a night at the start of our NZ tour. Hotel is located close to the airport and was easy to find. Parking spot is available but needs to be reserved early. Many shops and restaurants at walkable distance. Beds were comfy and big. Quiet neighborhood so we all had good sleep after our long travel. Room had an attached kitchenette which was helpful.
