Very well priced hotel, a bit away from the centre, quiet enough. I got a standard booking which is a fully sized apartment with living room. The bed is comfortable, soft and provided a refreshing sleep.

Stayed over a week at this property. Room is clean and well maintained , staffs are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Wawa (apologies if I misspelled it) at breakfast for her warm greetings and being so helpful to us. Would love to come back again sometime!

I recently stayed at Somerset Hotel for 2 months ,The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. Had a pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Just a note, drinking water is self-service, available from a water filter station near the elevator outside the room. Parking is RM10 per entry, but you can validate it at the reception, which is convenient. Overall, a good experience and I’d be okay to come again.
