Located right above the Shibuya Mark City Mall and a stone's throw from Shibuya Station this really is right at the centre of it all. You've got the "famous" Shibuya cross walk view from the lift lobbies, loads of decent restaurants in the mall if you don't want to move too much, and it's a lovely walk to Omotesando, Harajuku, and Shinjuku. The airport limousine bus has a stop on the same level as the hotel reception and quick access to the Narita Express or a 45 minute train and monorail ride to Haneda Airport. Room for 4 was immense by Tokyo standards and my favourite in Tokyo so far.

We had a great stay! The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo, which was a big plus. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Shibuya Crossing, making it super easy to explore the area. I also have to mention their bath products—they were amazing and added a touch of luxury to our stay. What really stood out, though, was the staff. I accidentally left my wallet in a taxi, and despite the language barrier, they went above and beyond to help me track it down and get it back. Their kindness and dedication made a huge difference. Truly grateful and would absolutely stay here again!

Really amazing service & personal care from the staff. Priceline messed up our reservation and told the hotel we had canceled (we had not). The hotel staff was extremely helpful with finding us additional rooms and minimizing the impact of Priceline’s mistake. Note: I highly recommend against booking with Priceline!! Priceline was extremely unhelpful. Fantastic location right at Shibuya Station, clean and high quality accommodations. Great view. Overall was impressed with quality for the price

We stayed here 4 nights. It was a great location. I didn't know anything about Golden week. But sure found out quickly. This place is right next to Shibuya scramble. Was able to see it from our room. Great views of the city. Staff was great.

You cannot beat this location! You can see the Shibuya scramble crossing from the elevator. Being right by the station was amazing and super convenient. Breakfast buffet up on the 25th floor was good and had great views. There are also some private rooms for breakfast which was super helpful because we are traveling with a baby and it was a little calmer. We stayed in a suite which had a lot of space, it was quite comfortable. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Tokyo
