27 Little Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia
Absolutely 5 star service. Huge shoutout to front desk team Josh and Maria who were super accommodating in all our needs during the stay and the positive notes only continue into the restaurant thanks to Jack who helped create a memorable and lasting experience with his friendly and classy service. Food was delicious and great variety of drinks. Very tidy rooms and a beautiful terrace. Will be staying again
The Sheraton at Little Collins Melbourne is a lovely hotel. I cannot fault the service of the staff who always go out of their way to say hello and make you feel comfortable. The rooms are nice and tidy and are made up each day. I thought the room service menu was a little bit lacking and boring but the breakfast menu was lovely.
My daughter and I stayed here Mother’s Day weekend and had the best time. Is firstly like to thank Jai for his beautiful email manner and upgrading our room to one with the most beautiful view of the city (my little one is obsessed with the building and we had never stayed in the city before!) - he was quick to reply and his responses to My questions were detailed and appreciated, you can tell he is passionate about his role! The rooms were great, love the fact the bathroom has a glass window where you can watch tv from while relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the robes and slippers were a nice touch. The mattress is comfortable the king bed was huge! The pool is great, lots of towels on hand as well as a steam room. The only con I can give is the pool is COLD, several other parents and kids in the pool shared the same opinion. Probably better suited to use in summer :) Breakfast was great, good range catering to everyone and the staff were friendly and prompt with asking if we needed anything. The chef was lovely too and my daughter said he made the “best eggs ever”! The toasters however kept short circuiting which left a massive line of people waiting for their toast that kept getting stuck. Small problem though :) We opted for a package that included parking , this was in a multilevel car park across the road which was empty when we arrived but fills up almost entirely at night but luckily there is so much within walking distance that we didn’t need to leave the car park. Staff overall were really lovely, there was a lady on the desk on 10/5 on level 1 around 5 or 6pm - I forgot her name but she was really sweet to me and my daughter anytime she saw us :) Overall we had a great experience and I would stay here again.
Great little boutique hotel. Hidden on little collins. Housekeeping are super friendly. Really pleased, kids love the pool too.
