The great experience started from the moment I was served at the front desk when I did my check in. Staff informed me that I can use their lounge but it’s closing in 5mins and offer to bring my luggage to my hotel room so that I can relax and have something to eat and drink at the lounge. He even gave a call to the staff in the lounge to inform I am coming and not to clear the food and drinks first. I was impressed when I reached the lounge and staff there were aware I am coming. Next when I opened my room door, I was greeted with welcome note and there were fruits and snacks for me. They were also very considerate to offer 2 slipper sizes ( 1 small and 1 big size ). The pleasant surprise helps to perk me up from my tiring trip and I want to recognized and appreciate their great work and hospitality! Thank you Sheraton Grand for training your staff so well and making my stay so enjoyable! Room was great and comfortable. Pls help me to pass the appreciation to the front desk guy who checked me in on 15th April 7.50pm. His service was excellent but I forgot to take down his name.

Repeated stay. This year, we decided to stay 9 nights straight at sheraton.Highly recommend. Excellent service. Tammy whome we get to know each other since 2023. She is still so bubbly and friendly and took wonderful care of us in the lounge and was very attentive to my parents, who sometimes needs help. Based on my 5 days observation, she is fast n responsible in her work and best of all, she can still remember the repeated stay customer and will moves forward to acknowledge them.Her customer service will definitely bring up to the next level. All the best to you Tammy! Hope you will be promoted when we met the nx time. The only disappointment part is that we eat almost the same variety of food at executive lounge and i miss my sandwiches.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Taipei. The overall service was excellent, and the Executive Lounge stood out as a highlight of the experience. The staff there were attentive and professional, with special mention to Amber, whose warm and thoughtful service truly made the lounge experience perfect. One suggestion I’d like to make is to consider making the Lu Rou Fan a permanent offering during meal times—it was absolutely delicious and a comforting local touch that I’m sure many guests would appreciate having more regularly. Thank you for the memorable stay!

Had a great 8-night stay at Sheraton Grand Taipei hotel. Impeccable service, comfy room, and nice facilities. The hotel might not be newly built, but it is very well-maintained. Cannot say enough compliments to the staff here - everyone was so friendly, helpful, and really made you feel special. Also appreciate the birthday surprise - the staff really went above and beyond! Definitely one of the top places to stay while visiting Taipei!

Stayed here for four nights recently. Thanks to my Titanium Elite status, we got upgraded to one of their top tier suites. It is well appointed with daily fresh fruits and water. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast. Although at times the buffet feels extremely crowded due to tour groups, the variety and quality of food offered were one of the better ones we've experienced. Between 5-7pm every day we also got to enjoy happy hours at the lounge. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the Taipei Main Train Station. It is also a stone throw away from the MRT blue line. Service was top notch across the board. Looking forward to our future return stay at this property.
