Riku and the entire staff at the bell desk both on floor 1 and B1 assisted us when we were soaking wet looking for our uber to Disneyland Hotel in the rain. His kindness and the entire staff’s amazing service is so appreciated and I hope to stay here in the future. I am a diamond member with Hilton and Marriott Titanium, even though Shangri La Tokyo has no affiliation I will stay here next time I’m in Tokyo.

Location was super convenient right next to the train station. Basic rooms are superrr spacious big enough for a family, and the amenities are unlike any other hotel I’ve ever seen from the full sized hair brush to the memory foam slippers. The teppenyaki restaurant was such a fun experience you have to try it

Shangri la is the perfect hotel in Tokyo. The location next to Tokyo Station is unbeatable. The concierge team is excellent and you contact then easily via WhatsApp. They help with dinner reservations and really all you need. They also offer the most comfortable pyjamas!

One of best hotel we have been so far . The service is at another level, with small attentions and personalised approach. The buffet for breakfast is amazing. The bed is extremely comfortable , as if you are sleeping on the cloud. If we go back to Tokyo , we will definitely stay in this hotel again

I stay here whenever I come to Tokyo, it’s peak hotel luxury and worth every dime. There’s also a manager in the breakfast restaurant named Sanjeev who is the type of staff member that convinces you to stay at exactly the same hotel. Same goes for Joshua from housekeeping. The people and just overall experience you feel staying here truly feels like the type of hotel experience you’d see in the movies and wish to experience.
