My partner and I had a fantastic stay at W Shanghai – The Bund! The hotel’s stylish design, breathtaking skyline views, and luxurious ambiance made our trip truly special. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The service was exceptional, with the staff ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. Highly recommend for couples or anyone seeking a luxurious stay in Shanghai! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

W Hotel Shanghai is an excellent hotel with professional and courteous staff. We stayed in a room with a mega-size bed and a view of The Bund. In terms of pricing, I found it quite expensive considering the room size, which wasn’t particularly spacious. If you’re looking for a great view, excellent service, and luxurious amenities, it’s definitely worth trying. However, in terms of value for money, there are other hotels that offer similar quality at a more reasonable price. Overall, we were satisfied with the service and the room—our only downside was the high cost.

My stay at W Shanghai went above and beyond my expectations. Miss Claire and Mr Vernal Li were both excellent hosts and we were highly impressed by their superb service. Claire surprised us with a wedding anniversary cheese cake (which was so delish btw) and champagne the moment we walked into our fabulous room. She gave me her WeChat number and told me to look for her should we need anything during our stay. She graciously answered my queries over the phone and guided me in person on how to make a booking for a show. Not only did Claire look after my family extremely well, we also felt like old friends at the end of the stay. We had W's room service twice during our stay and were mighty pleased with the quality of the food. As it was winter solstice that day, I asked Vernal if the Chinese restaurant served tangyuan. He surprised us with tangyuan 20mins later! We were very touched by his kind gesture. Claire and Vernal are certainly gems to W. We had also encountered many smiley and polite staff during our stay. Great staff, good location, amazing breakfast spread, nice drinks at Wet Bar, lovely food from The Kitchen Table. Highly recommended. Fabulous in every way.

What can I say… the "W" in W Hotel definitely stands for "WOW"! Everything was flawless from the moment I arrived. The staff at the lobby, reception, breakfast area, and gym were all incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast was extensive and high-quality, offering both international and local options—something for every palate, served in a stylish and relaxing atmosphere. The gym is well-equipped with everything you need for a complete workout. Both cold and room-temperature water are available, and even the towels can be provided chilled—a luxurious touch. I had originally booked a Fabulous room with a view of the Pearl Tower, but upon check-in I was upgraded to the hotel’s top suite, featuring a jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the Bund. Simply stunning. The curtains open automatically with the touch of a button, revealing an incredible panorama right from the bed—straight out of a movie. A truly perfect stay in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-tier service in Shanghai. I’ll definitely be back!
