This is one of the best hot pot restaurants. I love here. I ordered a Spicy one (Mah-La). Order a noodle and see the show. All staffs are very very nice. I will miss here. สั่งเลยอร่อยทุกอย่าง

Top notch service with great food! What a wonderful hot pot experience! We didn't have any reservations but luckily they offer a waiting area and they keep you topped off with snacks and tea. The food itself was superb, make sure you order the noodles as not only was it tasty you also get a bit of a performance included! Our server we had was fantastic! He helped us with our ordering and showed us all the proper etiquette to eating hot pot as we were clearly amateurs. He made sure to always assist us and was sure that everything was perfect for us. I only wish we had customer service like this back in Canada. I would 100% recommend giving this place a visit as you won't be disappointed!

Love this Hot Pot place in Shanghai. The Haidilao location is perfect and action packed noodle throwing is something to see! Yummy! Will return

Wanted to go check out Haidilao in Shanghai to see if there’s any difference. They had their nail bar out front which is pretty cool to see. It wasn’t too busy when we went so no reservations were needed. Service was top notch but I think either some of the “secret codes” had changed or don’t work in this location. We got a few free snacks but really wanted the soup base to take with us. Overall, similar to the experience you’ll find elsewhere, and pricing, well it’s on the higher end side for Shanghai.

Fantastic hotpot. Super poular for all the right reasons. Fresh ingredients, great service, fun casual environment. If you've never tried hotpot....make Haidilao your first try!
