This was one of the most beautiful hotels we stayed at. Had an amazing time at santani! The food, the views, the room, the spa - everything is perfect and you leave totally relaxed. The service is really personal and authentic. As the hotel has only a couple of rooms, the staff really knows you already on day one. As there is no reception area, you will be invited into a WhatsApp group where you can communicate all the things you need. Never had this before and really loved it as it was so easy! Food is just really, really delicious and they give you options and always make variations in case you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. The hotel is located in the hills with a rocky road around 1,5hrs of Kandy. Absolutely perfect for relaxation but too far out if you would like to explore the area. We would definitely recommend staying at Santani for a wellness retreat and to escape busy everyday life. Looking forward to hopefully be back soon!

Santani is truly a magical place. From the views to the service and the food. I did the detox program while I was staying at Santani which was a life changing experience. The food was phenomenal. So clean and fresh. However, it didn’t feel like detox food or personalized to my needs. The doctor wasn’t very informative or helpful. She is very kind but that is about it. I felt like just another number and not given the attention as an individual. A lot of my requests were ignored and I honestly did not receive the results I was looking for. Even she was shocked that we didn’t get the results that was expected. However, I’m still going to say that the views and the energy of this place is unreal… truly magical. The most magical part and highlight of my stay at Santani was meeting the yoga instructor, Saman. The best yoga I have ever experienced and most challenging. I never felt stronger like I did after Samans yoga classes. He gives such good insight and truly wants to help each individual. He helped me alot with my physical and mental state and I believe I have met a life long friend and healer that I will be forever grateful for. The treatments are also incredible however again did not feel tailored to my physical and mental state. I had to ask for more personalized treatments. My last two days, I had one of the male sports therapist and he changed my body and stretched me out like no other. He was incredible!

This was an absolutely unforgettable experience. We could not have wished for a more perfect stay to rejuvenate following a 2-day wedding. The quiet and serenity they create around the entire space is nothing short of magical. The staff are friendly and so accommodating and the food is exquisite ?? the spa is small but we were lucky enough to have it pretty much to ourselves most of the time. I would come here again and again if I could afford to.
