It was a delightful stay at this hotel. Service was top-notch, and rooms were nicely maintained. The hotel has a good vibe and atmosphere. The buffet was good as well. Overall, it offers complete value for money, and it is a reasonably priced hotel at a central location. They have scenic city view rooms, although i did not get one, but that apart the stay experience was 10 star. I would definitely come again when i am in KL.

Good base for visiting the city. The room is nice, clean, bathroom is spacious. There are many lifts and one of them is see through :) You can't leave the ac working over night because, at least in our room, the air current will hit you straight in the head. The breakfast is good, but overcrowded after 8.30-9 am, the cook on spot stations can't face the number of people and you stay to gather food for too much time.

From the first moment the hotel impressed us with its luxurious atmosphere, everything was clean and seemed like new. We were very pleased that everything was in perfect condition and contributed to the overall well-being. The hotel staff deserves special praise. Every single employee, from the reception to the maids, was incredibly kind, polite and willing to fulfill our every wish. Their approach and service were truly excellent. We cannot fail to mention the delicious food that the hotel offers, as well as the great rooftop pool bar, which creates an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment. The room amenities were of a high standard and we appreciate the daily change and cleaning of the rooms, thanks to which we always felt and comfortable. The whole stay was fantastic, also thanks to you and your wonderful team. We can only recommend the Santa Grand Signature Hotel Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for classy accommodation and an unforgettable experience in Kuala Lumpur.

Had an incredible stay here. The staff were very kind and helpful. Had an incredible stay at this hotel. My room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were up to date and the room was cleaned very well. The room comes with a safe and mini refrigerator. The lights for the bathroom were not in the bathroom but instead by the room door which can be a little hard navigating in the dark until you get to it. But besides that, the hotel breakfast was really good with several options. I would highly recommend this hotel due to amazing customer service along with a great stay. The location of the hotel was convenient (about a mile away from KLCC park and Seria mall) but I noticed it’s next to a work stop (not sure what it formerly was) but it didn’t disrupt my stay. I’m just came from an unpleasant hotel stay so this was such a huge relief.
