2 Ng. Cầu Gỗ, Hàng Bạc, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội 10000
The location was great, views of the lake from the dining room and Skybar exceptional. The rooms are small but if you need anything at all just ask reception or housekeeping and they will go out of their way to help. Sam, Ruby, Mrs Kim and the bell boys were all really lovely, kind and helpful. There is room for improvement...the Skybar is a bit expensive compared to elsewhere and I think it would get more use if prices were lower because it is a great escape from the noise and bustle of the Old Quarter streets below. Bath towels could be bigger and breakfast food could be hotter. The staff were out of this world and really make this hotel the place to stay when in Hanoi.
I want to give a special thanks to Bin and Otis. On my last day (Sunday), I couldn’t get a Grab in front of the hotel. They kindly helped carry my luggage and even walked me to a nearby spot where I could catch a taxi. Their thoughtfulness and care left a lasting impression.?? Thank you so much, Bin and Otis! I had a truly wonderful stay here. Every staff member I met was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made my Hanoi trip even happier. The location is perfect, the facilities are great, and I would absolutely stay at this hotel again if I return to Hanoi. 한국분들 이 호텔 정말 좋아요!
1st time in Vietnam and they rolled out the red carpet! The staff was attentive and friendly, never missing a beat. Their breakfast was astounding as they had several western options along with local options so it was a great place to try new foods as well. I can’t wait for my next visit to stay here again!
My friends and I just wrapped up our stay here and honestly loved every minute of it. From the moment we arrived, the staff came out to greet us and helped with our bags, which was such a warm welcome and really set the tone. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, both in the U.S. and abroad, and the service here was easily some of the best. Everyone was so friendly, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making our stay great. There was always someone there to say hello and check in with us whenever we came back. The location was perfect. It was close to all the main spots but far enough from the noise to feel relaxing. The breakfast buffet had a nice mix of Western and Vietnamese dishes, which we really enjoyed. And since we were sweating nonstop in the summer heat, the laundry service was a lifesaver. It had a 12-hour turnaround and cost just $3 USD per kilogram. This place will definitely be my go-to for future trips to Hanoi. If you’re thinking about staying here, I highly recommend giving this hidden gem a try.
A Luxurious and Thoughtful Stay – Highly Recommended From the moment we arrived, the hotel gave off a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. The design is beautiful, with elegant details throughout, and the rooms are spotless, stylish, and spacious enough for couples to feel comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The service was outstanding — far beyond our expectations. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and attentive to every detail, from opening the car and hotel doors to assisting with luggage and arranging transport. Even before our arrival in Vietnam, the hotel team provided helpful information about the visa process and offered tips to enhance our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options. The only minor inconvenience was that the walls seemed a bit thin, and we could occasionally hear voices from neighboring rooms, but it wasn’t disruptive. Overall, everything else was impeccable. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vietnam.
