Great Budget Stay in the Heart of Ho Chi Minh! Stayed at Hotel Saigon Europe and had a fantastic experience. The room was very nice and comfortable. The location is perfect—close to all major Ho Chi Minh hotspots, especially the vibrant nightlife. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Jessica, who arranged our tour and ensured everything went smoothly. She even offered direct assistance in case of any issues—such a kind gesture! Highly recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget trip. Great value for money!

Tu is The Best! If you’re staying at Hotel Saigon Europe, consider yourself lucky if you meet Tu at the front desk! He is hands down the best receptionist I’ve ever encountered—professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and secure. From the moment I arrived, Tu made me feel welcome with his genuine warmth and attentiveness. But what truly set him apart was how helpful and proactive he was whenever I needed anything—especially when it came to ensuring the security of my room. Anytime I had a concern or a request, he handled it immediately and with a smile, making sure I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Tu’s dedication to guest satisfaction is unmatched. He not only ensured my room was properly secured, but he also checked in with me to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and willingness to assist—no matter the time or request—made my experience stress-free and enjoyable. If every hotel had a Tu at the front desk, the hospitality industry would be a whole different game! We stayed in this hotel for three days and two nights. Although the location was definitely a highlight, there were a few unsatisfactory aspects of the visit. The elevator only starts on the second floor, so you have to take your things up at least one flight of stairs, which may be a little unpleasant for passengers with big or large bags. In summary, the hotel is a decent base for exploring the city, especially for those traveling light and looking for easy access to the nightlife and dining spots.
