Busy restaurant and the quality of the food speaks for itself. The restaurant staff are friendly and helpful and there is a wide selection of drinks, including cocktails. The food menu is enormous, and despite this, the standard of food served, and its presentation, are top notch. Although prices are a little higher than a number of other Vietnamese restaurants that we have tried, the portion sizes are quite large. The beef with morning glory dish that I ordered came out sizzling and tender, while the mango salad with shrimp and peanuts was full of flavour. My partner had the grilled shrimps that were cooked to perfection, accompanied by a nice banana blossom salad. The only criticism with the latter was that the blossom was a little woody. Our server, Ky Anh, couldn't do enough for us, including arranging a taxi for us because it was raining quite heavily. All in all, a very pleasant meal and I would strongly recommend De Tham restaurant as a great place to eat.

Had dinner here with my family and they did not disappoint. Both the food and the service were superb. We ordered the cashew chicken, the beef pho, and the grilled pork. Our waiter, Fish, was very attentive and helpful, especially when he was demonstrating how we could wrap the grilled pork in their rice wrap. When he noticed that we were running out of sauce, he quickly supplied a fresh refill without any prompting. I’d recommend visiting this location if you’d like to have an authentic Vietnamese meal with fantastic service, fairly priced dishes, and a comfortable atmosphere with air conditioning.

The restaurant is very cool and pleasant. Many foreign customers come because they speak English well. I felt great because the staff was kind, especially the staff named fish was very kind. The food is generally normal in taste and the price is reasonable for the pleasant environment.

Loved the food here! Vietnam is already known for great food but the food in De Tham Restaurant is superb and beyond compare! I ate the Vietnamese Pancake and it was really good and delicious, especially with all the leafy vegetables you can add. Also, the coconut coffee was to die for! I especially loved the service of the staff, special mention to Fish/Hip who helped us a lot and was super friendly, always smiling while ensuring our requests are met. Atmosphere was a great play on Vietnamese and French culture combined. Overall a great experience!

This restaurant was an absolute gem in Vietnam. The food was so fresh and delicious. Very generous sizes. Service was the best I've ever had.. 'Fish' was the best server I've ever had. He anticipated every need and was very friendly. Also showing us how to make our own rice paper rolls. Such a great place... I loved it! Thanks... ?
