Wonderful experience staying here! Stayed here with a big group (12 people) split across rooms, all on the same floor! The staff were very accomodating, rooms were really nice and the location was perfect! The self check in is really seamless, staff around are needed. Love the ammenities too! When we were visiting, there were renovations happening but we could go to Virgin Active to use their facilities while everything else was closed -- they didn't have to offer that but they went above and beyond for customer experience. Highly recommend!

Stayed in a king room up on 20th floor. I had read reviews about the elevators being slow but we experienced no problem at all. Super comfy beds and lovely clean room. Bathroom could do with being a few square metres larger though. nearly impossible to dry yourself in there. Staff were great check in and out was a piece of cake. Would recommend for a city stay.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Very fresh and tidy rooms, hotel looks brand new. Service was great, we had an issue with the sink draining and call them and they were up in an hour with maintenance fixed it and had it cleaned by the cleaners straight after. Always friendly and the buffet breakfast was great. Would stay again. Location was great as well close to everything.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Rydges Melbourne. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive, they made me feel genuinely welcome. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with everything I needed just a short walk away. My room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The facilities were top-notch and added to the overall experience. Every detail was just right. It really was the perfect stay for me. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely room with a beautiful bathroom. There was a small sitting area separate from the bedroom, which I appreciated. Though the seating was not the most comfortable. The self-service check in process was also quite enjoyable as you can pick the room you want from a few choices.
