Had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service from the restaurant waitstaff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always attentive to our needs. Breakfast was delicious, and the waiters ensured our orders were served promptly. They even offered great food recommendations that suited our tastes, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel is not only comfortable and clean, but the outstanding service—especially from the waitstaff—made my stay truly memorable. I will definitely return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed for 10 nights here and found all the service to be amazing. Shortly after checking in to our room we were given a big bowl of fruit. The rooms were cleaned, beds made ,coffee, water all done daily. It is self rated as ⭐️⭐️⭐️ which seems correct. The rooms are really pretty good and it is what it is. There is a full size fridge, kettle, microwave, T.Vs and Air conditioning in every bedroom and lounge. The buffet breakfast is not extensive but offers the basics including cooked eggs - omelettes, fried and scrambled. Curries, roti, spring rolls, samosas, etc cereals, toast, fresh fruit, juice, tea and coffee. The pools were clean and the main pool is suitable for children. The downsides - a little dimly lit especially in the bathroom at the sink. - could do with ceiling fans in every room to leave on throughout the day to keep the air circulating. Otherwise the air conditioning is on all the time. Apart from having unbelievably good WiFi, the plus side is it’s good value for money for people travelling as a family and it is in an excellent location - only 300 meters from the beach or get a grab up the road to the main Chenang centre and busier part of Chenang beach for around 6 RM. It is also situated amongst endless restaurants and cafes and a couple of small supermarkets.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and had a pleasant scent upon entering. It’s also Muslim-friendly, which I truly appreciated. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, cooling the room quickly. I also noticed that the toilet had been freshly painted, which added to the overall cleanliness. For future improvement, I would suggest adding a light near the makeup table and installing proper air ventilation in the bathroom. Overall, I’m super happy with my stay — excellent value for money, and I will definitely be coming back!

I really appreciate the comfy bed ? The breakfast is a bit underwhelming, but there are plenty of great places to eat nearby ? The pool is quite shallow. Overall, I’d recommend staying here — great value for money.

The room was actually very comfortably but I have it a 3 star for room due to very bad noise insulation, the only weakness that I don’t like. Overall, this hotel has nice pool, nice garden feel while you walking through the greens to reach your room. Stable WiFi in the room, very strong water pressure for shower. Breakfast provided and it’s ok.
