Stayed here for 9 days. Very large rooms that are well appointed and pleasant. Air conditioning was a bit rattly in ours but other than that it was a comfortable stay. Bed was large and comfy but we found the pillows a bit high for us. Rooms are serviced daily except on public holidays and Sundays. There is a little bar and cafe downstairs in main lobby lounge that is open for limited hours. We loved the open air layout and the peacefulness of this hotel and the friendliness of the hospitality staff from reception to maintenance guys. Buses are outside the door and only 10 mins to cbd. Well priced on Agoda.

We spent two nights at Residence on Langley Park, one in the Riverview room, one in the Executive Suite, and both were fantastic. The views were stunning, and the location was beautiful and central, with easy access to local transport, which made everything super convenient. From the start, check-in was quick and easy, and the service throughout was excellent. The gym was well-equipped with everything I needed for a solid workout, and the heated pool was perfect. We could enjoy it anytime, regardless of the weather. The sauna was another great bonus. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with plenty of fresh options from pancakes and dumplings to charcuterie and fruit, and lunch was great too, both flavourful and well-priced. The jacuzzi in the Executive Suite felt like a full spa experience in-room. I had some work to do during our stay, and both rooms struck the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and practicality. I could stay productive without missing out on the holiday feel. Highly recommend staying here, it really delivered.

The rooms were clean and luxurious, with the bed and bedding being very comfortable, . The service was incredible from the moment we arrived: warm, professional, and really attentive. We were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine, which was such a lovely surprise and set the tone for the stay. The food was fantastic. Breakfast had a huge variety. Fresh, well-prepared, and way more than we expected. We also had lunch at the restaurant, and it was both delicious and great value. The highlight for me was the jacuzzi in the Executive Suite. Honestly, it felt like a spa. Such a perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. This hotel really thinks of all the details that make your stay feel special. I’d absolutely come back!!

Where has this hotel been all my life!! Lovely staff, rooms were great and fantastic option of a 3 bed room. Went for a swim and had afternoon tea in the great lounge area with a nice view of The Swan River. Highly recommend this gem in middle of Perth for a weekend get away ?????
