Is located along near end of Hay St.toward Queens gardn.,quiet and less activity area. Have our sandwichs and coffee there.Reasonable priced and staffs was cheerful Why atmosphere 3 stars,due to bore surrounding.

I had a big breakfast for $27.50 with 3 pieces of buttered ciabatta toast, so I didn't have to take time to butter it myself. Friendly staff ? Slightly higher price point than what I'm used to at Mount Lawley cafes, but only by a fraction. They have a pretty decent menu for both breakfast and lunch, too.

Nice little cafe with good coffee and friendly service staff. Service is a little slow but the coffee and friendly staff make up for it. The food is good if not the best that it could be. Recommend give it a try especially for the coffee.

Not much else to say but AMAZING!!!! the ambience is comfortable, food appealing, and wonderful staff with better service and efficiency Highly recommend coming here to chill

Daily Eats Perth is a cozy, family-owned spot with a welcoming vibe. Despite having a small team, the staff is incredibly sweet and friendly, making the experience even better. The owner lady and her daughter are an absolute delight. They cater to the needs of the customer with care and love. The breakfast menu is great with delicious options to start the day. And their paninis and wraps are must-tries. The coffee is top-notch! Plus, the ambience is so inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Definitely one of my fav spots!
