Recently we had booked accommodation at the Quality Hotel for our overseas visitors. Having never visited this hotel before, we decided to drop by one Saturday morning for an impromptu preview to ensure they would have a comfortable and pleasant stay. We were very surprised when Kevin, a staff member (who was off duty) graciously offered to show us around their 10-acre property on his buggy even when we didn’t have a prior appointment! His willingness to go above and beyond his regular duties was greatly appreciated. Our international guests were thoroughly impressed with their stay. They specifically highlighted how clean and comfortable their room was and the buffet breakfast for its delicious offerings. We extend our sincere gratitude to Kevin and the staff for making our visitors feel so welcome, and for making their experience a positive one.

Absolutely one of the top hotels worldwide that I have stayed in. This hotel was located a bit out of the way for us, as we were traveling by foot, local bus and train. We can't say enough great things about this hotel. Very very clean, wonderful, pleasant staff, grounds immaculate. Breakfast is very good, it's a buffet. Everything that you could eat and more for breakfast. Staff very helpful in answering all of our questions about anything that we needed to know. If we could give a rating of 10, we would.

I've stayed at Quality Hotel numerous times now on work trips and it is always a great place to stay. Comfortable, friendly staff, well-equipped rooms, and a great restaurant on-site which is so convenient after a long day! Love staying here :)

I visited this hotel for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Gardens were beautifully cared for. Rooms were clean and tidy and shampoo and conditioner smell amazing. Beds were quite comfy too. You can park your car conveniently in-front of your room. As I had checked in late I decided to eat at their restaurant…..the food was delicious!!! Staff were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat

The reception staff were incredibly kind. I arrived early, and they allowed me to check in ahead of time. Seeing that I had a lot of luggage and was traveling with a child, they even arranged a shuttle to take us directly to our room. I’m truly grateful for their hospitality!
