We spent 5 nights in an Executive suite on the 9th floor. The room, although showing signs of age in its fittings, was spacious and comfortable. The bed was just right, and the"pillow menu" allowed us to choose a pillow that suited our preferences. The included breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. We particularly enjoyed the daily changing noodle soup. The staff was professional and courteous, and the room service personnel were helpful at all times. While the hotel is a bit out of the way from the usual tourist attractions, we found it easy to order Grab taxis at any time of the day.

From check in to check out, excellent staff and service. The lounge offers a very useful second option for dealing with any issues, such as a late check out. The whole hotel is a calm oasis from the world outside. Outstanding comfort in the room, especially the bed.

Breakfast was delicious. The room was ok for the price but the room lights were a bit dark. Ms. Hang at the restaurant was very enthusiastic and attentive. Ms. Trang at the reception was friendly and helped me book a car and introduce places around Hanoi. I will come back next time.?

I stayed at Pullman Hanoi a few times, and it’s always quite an experience to enjoy. I’m really impressed with the quality of service, especially when it comes to the executive lounge. The check in process is super fast and smooth, the breakfast is really good. I always get help on any matters if I ask there at the lounge during my stay. The front desk team is also very nice and helpful. Also, it’s a pleasure to get a number of Accor loyalty program benefits every time I stay there - from room upgrade to the beautiful and nice suite to late checkouts, if it’s necessary. Always a pleasure to stay there at Pullman Hanoi. Thank you!

Located out of the hustle and bustle of town. Suited us and was a cheap ride via Grab into the heart of Old Quarter. English speaking staff made check in and out smooth. Rooms clean and comfortable. They have a pillow menu with 8 different types available to choose from. Pool looked awesome however we didn't have time to use it
