I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The bed sheets were extremely dirty, and it was clear they had not been changed. When I requested a fresh towel, I was given one that had makeup stains on it, which was completely unacceptable.
The room had a terrible odor, similar to urine, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. To make matters worse, I had requested a birthday decoration for my boyfriend, but the hotel did absolutely nothing, despite my prior request.
The most concerning issue was the presence of bed bugs I woke up with bites, which made the stay even more unbearable.
I would never recommend this property to anyone due to the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and overall unhygienic conditions. I hope management takes immediate action to improve their standards.

I was planning to book this hotel but seeing recent reviews. I'm scared that this people cancel the hotel booking, customers prior to arrival and looks like sheets not clean. Which is very bad. Worst experience ever! Total scamers. We were told via Whatsapp the night before our flight to Kuala Lumpur that our 2 suites reservation, so 7 hours exactly before landing to KL, was cancelled for Aircon issues from a random number. Once at KL, we headed to the hotel and a bunch of indian speaking men were managing the check-in. A guy via whatsapp sent a photo of the reception telling us that he was at the reception looking for us and never showed up. They were all playing hide and seek and made us wait exactly 10 hours in the hotel. Not mentioning how unprofessional the staff was. There is no desk for check-in or out, just men holding portable computers and 5 phones each. Very disrespectful and threatening I hope this scam gets exposed and stops!

Great central location, nice building with views, pool, usual services etc. Unfortunatelly our appartment sucks.  Originally top class appartment was not kept in propper order, worn down by time and numerous guests visible across whole place. Aditional charges (well over 20%) added in short term prior check in date -not ok. Altho booking gives you normally final price when  making reservation with no last moment surprises(except small change for local tourist tax etc). Would never use same provider as what is being advertised and sold over internet  is not in same standard any more. Added few of many examples
