The room is super basic with enough facilities. Cleanliness can be improved because I saw baby cockroach on the table. Power socket available for the tv. The other one was on the wall in front of the toilet, and its quite far and high without table or chair anywhere near.

The hotel is located in the centre of tourist entertainment like KTV and massage/reflexiology (ig you know what I mean).  If you want quiet night you’ll want to consider another place . Smell of ciggarete was everywhere including accross the aisle.

Of course, this is not an appropirate place to stay for family with children.

Very Noisy till wee hour, as KTV at 2nd floor operates till 4-5am.
Unhygiene, cockroach every way.

Manager can tell you everything ok, but after you paid and check in..
No hot water

TV channel missing...

I am here for quarantine, choose this hotel due to its cheapest price compared to others. But just realized that the 2nd floor is for karaoke which always actively busy noisy from 7pm till 4am which made the floor shaking and the guests attitude are absolutely NOT OK. The room just ok, quite spacious including the bathroom yet dont expect the cleanliness and hot water. The food just OK but the receptionist (especially the women) are not really welcoming, not entertaining, and less friendly. However I must thanks to the men, they are likely helpful and just nice.

Cozy rooms, below is a wet and dry market ,breakfast stalls are available, many local Batam people came to enjoy breakfast there. Some fashion, accessories, phone stalls just surrounding this hotel.
Across the road is already a big shopping centre.
