Service was good, during breakfast, staffs asked if we would like to have eggs and she ordered and served us the eggs, which was great as many hotels are self service. They also refilled the drinks and food promptly, ensuring all guests gets to enjoy the breakfast delicacies. Location was good as it was near the port which is very convenient when returning. Rooms were fine. However, my relative's room has some cockroaches in it, which is not pleasant. Requested for a change of room and the staffs did it professionally, thus i have no complaints about it, just be sure to check your room!

It's quite an old hotel, but still comfortable. And their customer service is on the top level. First, they give free pick up service from and to the airport even when i need to rescheduled the pick up time 3 times due to my plane got delayed. Second, they greet us in a very friendly way since our arrival at the hotel. Lastly, they offer to prepare a go-to breakfast for me due to my super early check out. Overall it was a nice 2 nights stay for me ✌

First room was flooded by the rain so we got upgraded to a better room free of charge. Service was great, staff was very friendly and thoughtful. In addition, there was free driver service to bring us out and back. Location wasn't great, nearest beach was an hour by car. Small shopping mall and roadside stalls nearby only.
