I had the absolute privilege of staying at this incredible resort last weekend, and I truly can't say enough about the outstanding hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, accommodating, and full of genuine smiles — it made such a difference. Travelling with a newborn is no easy feat, but choosing this resort was hands-down the right call. I voiced a few concerns about my room, and not only were they taken seriously, but I could tell that guest experience is something the team here values deeply — possibly even the hotel manager stepped in to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Every interaction felt heartfelt, and I left feeling so happy and well taken care of. Can’t wait to plan my next getaway here. Absolutely stellar service — keep up the amazing work!

The resort was very nice. It is quite large but we liked walking around like a little village. The food was really good and nicely presented. The staff were lovely and helpful. The infrastructure was quite well done as well. They also had an international post box and stamps which were great for postcards! The beach wasn't really used for swimming but the pools made up for it and it was really pretty.

Happy to b back. We were here when the children were small. 27 yrs on we brought our grandchildren to stay. Great location right by the beach and walking distance to shopping areas. Walk via beach on the road both are accessible. Swimming pools for kids are amazing. Play area outdoor and indoor for kids are available. Restaurants serve good variety of food. Shout out to those who stood out for us during our stay - Nazri, Rashidi and also Farah who tirelessly clean our rooms for 5 days.

I recently stayed at Pelangi Beach Resort and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic — right on the beach and close to everything you might need. The pool area is definitely a highlight: clean, spacious, and very relaxing. However, the service was a bit slow throughout the stay, mainly the room service. Though they gave us an early check in which was great! There was also some construction happening just outside our room, which made things noisy at times. During one of the rainy nights, the roof in our room started leaking. On the positive side, the staff responded quickly, apologized sincerely, and offered to move us to another room, which we appreciated. Overall, it's a beautiful property in a great spot, but it could benefit from better maintenance and more responsive service.

Stayed here for a few nights and we found this hotel to be absolutely amazing. The staff are very friendly, it's clean, rooms are spacious and the pools are amazing. We stayed just before Lima 25 was due to start so there was the additional bonus of seeing fighter jets, helicopters and military planes flying overhead all the time. The food was great with plenty of variety and the location near to Chenang beach is ideal for an evening walk. I would definitely stay here again if we returned to Langkawi.
