I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my stay at your hotel. The location was perfect, providing a stunning view of the sunset that I absolutely loved. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the reception and farewell services were truly exceptional. If the room cleaning service were a bit faster, it would have elevated the experience even further, as the in-room dining service was excellent, with meals arriving hot and delicious. It seems the hotel is quite new, giving an inviting ambiance that encourages a return visit. Additionally, the breakfast was outstanding. Thank you once again for a delightful stay. Best regards,

Great Stay with Beautiful Views and Top-Notch Service with a Personal Touch!! Our room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated. Highlight was the amazing sea view. Both swimming pools were amazing. The infinity pool had the best ocean view, especially during sunset. The lower pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying with kids. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Breakfast had a good mix of local and international food. The restaurant staff were genuinely kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. I especially loved the calm atmosphere, and the quiet beach just steps away. It felt like a real escape from the busy world. Everything about this resort impressed us. Can’t wait to come back.

One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the incredibly friendly and attentive staff – whether at the reception or housekeeping, everyone was warm, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is stunning, nestled in a beautiful bay with great access to the surrounding areas. The 24-hour gym is very well-equipped, which is a big plus, and the pool is fantastic. The interior courtyard is beautifully designed and creates a calm, inviting atmosphere. However, there were a few aspects that didn’t fully meet expectations. The breakfast buffet offers an overwhelming variety, with dishes from nearly every corner of the world. While the intention is good, I personally would have preferred a more focused selection with higher overall quality. The food was decent, but not quite at the level one would expect in this price range. The coffee machines often didn’t work properly, and the food – although plentiful – was generally oily and average in taste. Additionally, the pricing for extra services like food, massages, and spa treatments felt too high compared to the quality delivered. Overall, it’s a well-located hotel with amazing staff and great facilities, but with room for improvement when it comes to food quality and pricing of add-on services.

What an amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The room was super cozy with a stunning view that I couldn’t get enough of. The pool was a total highlight — crystal clear, so much fun to swim and relax in! But the real WOW moment was the incredible service: I accidentally left my phone behind after checking out, and within just 20 minutes, the hotel staff called me to say they found it! They went above and beyond by arranging to send it back to me, and I got it safely within two weeks. Absolutely blown away by their honesty and care. I’m beyond impressed and already can’t wait for my next stay!

Had a strange experience right at the start of my stay. I had originally booked 2 nights and decided to extend by an additional night before checking in. However, when I arrived at the resort, the front desk told me they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate the extension — not even in a different room category. Surprisingly, once I was in my room, I managed to book the same room I was already staying in through Pan Pacific’s own app. I still don’t understand why I was told otherwise at reception. It was confusing and left me with mixed feelings. That said, everything else about the stay was excellent. The resort itself is beautiful, with two well-maintained swimming pools — a family pool on the ground level and an adult-only infinity pool on level 5 with spectacular sea views. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, with plenty of variety. I also appreciated the complimentary minibar, chocolates, and a nice selection of fruits in the room. The location is convenient too — just a 10-minute walk to Pantai Cenang beach. Despite the odd check-in issue, I’d still recommend the resort for its comfort, amenities, and stunning setting. Giving 4 stars solely because of the initial encounter.
