My recent stay at the Park Hyatt was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring everything was up to the highest standard. The concierge team were welcoming and went out of their way to assist, embodying the true essence of hospitality that many hotels seem to have lost. The check-in process was seamless, and my room was simply stunning—spacious, with a beautiful bathroom, a comfortable bed, and plenty of room to work if needed. The on-site facilities were outstanding. The pool was large enough for laps, and the spa, sauna, steam rooms, and well-equipped gym were fantastic. The ballroom was grand and elegant, and the breakfast was a real highlight, with a great variety of delicious options. The only drawback was the breakfast and dining area. Many seating areas were only accessible by stairs, and there were limited tables available for those who couldn’t manage stairs. As someone with an injury, I found it disappointing that staff didn’t prioritise seating for guests with mobility challenges. Overall, this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in to date. Despite the minor accessibility issue, the Park Hyatt excels in delivering world-class hospitality and comfort. I would highly recommend it.

What an amazing Hotel ! An incredible experience from start to finish! The gentleman at Valet was super bubbly and welcoming. The lovely lady at the front desk was also extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Beds were BRILLIANT! Plenty of toiletries available. The hotel was gracious enough to leave us a Mini birthday cake to celebrate our birthday weekend ! All amenities worked well, great aircon, water pressure was fantastic, minibar, snacks, coffee machine, hair dryer, toiletries, slippers, robe, safe... all the usual things you would hope for and more, were there !! The gym and pool facilities were good ! The buffet breakfast in the morning was magnificent too. Wonderful customer service and a wide variety of foods available, all that we tried were very delicious! The hotel has a central location! Can't wait to stay here again in the future ! :)

This hotel has more of a luxurious vibe. Nice Spa but it is just a bit antiquated. Room Service and Dinner was extremely slow . Check in was only possible after 3pm. The changing room to freshen up was the Spa locker room without someone showing me the path. Little bit off. Breakfast was out of this world. The breakfast was nice though and great location. Enjoyed the gym.

1st stay at Park Hyatt and not the last. Impeccable. You can not fault anything. From arrival - valet to departure. King room with a beautiful view, clean spacious and comfortable rooms with stunning dimmed lighting , high end lotions , packed mini bar , and everything in between. Outstanding room service within seconds of calling , room service came quickly to deliver out just off the grill meals , I had the fried rice hubby had the burger. Now to mention the breakfast in the lobby. Never ever have I seen such an amazing spread, you will find everything. It had everything. Cooked differently if you preferred. Outstanding. From front entrance to all and In between , I have no words. The staff are the loveliest people I have met I’m really lost for words. We will be back, for more than one night to enjoy the pool, spa, and spa treatment rooms. Thank you to all for making our first but not last stay here the best. Roxy thomas.

Attended for a conference (the GMU) did not stay overnight as I live relatively local. The attention to detail during the conference was on point. Food and drink restocked promptly. The staff on the coffee carts made great coffee in a short amount of time. Quick clean up. Would love to see what the service of stating in the hotel is like
