Stayed for one night and found the location very convenient! Though the taxi drivers does get confused with the pick up and drop off point. The rooms was very spacious making it very comfortable. Cleaniness was good too! Would stay again.

We stayed at a suite and the experience was wonderful. Extremely caring and friendly staff, clean room, solid and clean wood crib for our baby; very accessible to amenities, MTR station, and attractions. Kevin and his staff greet us with sincerity and promptness to all our requests. Will come to this hotel again in our next stay in Hong Kong.

Hotel inside the mall. Room is comfortable. And clean. They provide daily cleaning service. But the bed is too soft for my preference. You do not to buy water. Just provide empty bottle. They have a filtered drinking tap water inside each room.

A superb hotel. Walking distance to metro and arena of stars. Plenty of shops and eateries nearby. Prompt check in and check out. Has enough staffs at the reception to manage the crowd and help with luggages. Room was spacious. Highly recommend to stay here. One thing to remark - the pillow was abit on the thick side. Very difficult to sleep especially for those like me who sleep on a lower pillow

Good location. Convenient with lotsa good food and local cuisines. Service staff is as honest as can be when we left our wallet in the safe after checking out. Ken made sure the wallet was delivered to us.
