We were extremely happy with everything during our stay. The only concern was the balcony, which was not 100% safe for kids. It would be much better if the balcony sliding door could be locked with a key to prevent children from opening it. Apart from that, everything else was perfect, including the gym, barbecue area, swimming pool, access to numerous fun activities, and the fantastic location.

Great accommodation right in the heart of surfers. Nicely decorated rooms with everything you'll need for a long stay. Lovely facilities; pools, gyms, tennis courts, outdoor spas, BBQ areas (2 of each). Free parking. Walk to beach, restaurants, cavill avenue, tram stop. Very friendly, welcoming staff For a 3 night stay we were short of coffee, sugar & toilet paper

We booked two rooms again this stay. We had Ballah room 2804 and Allunga room 2204. Both rooms had awesome views. We felt the Ballah room was a little dated with the furniture, but for this room we had two young children and the type of furniture made sense. We were able to get to each other rooms with ease. The hotel facilities were great and used regularly. Staff are fantastic and very helpful. Hotel is located in the heart of Surfers, close to everything you need for a good holiday. We come yearly and always choose to stay here.
